Recently, the students selected by our university to participate in the exchange and study tour at Lampang International Technology College in Thailand successfully returned to school after completing the two-week study tour.
During the exchange and study tour, students from our university conducted in-depth exchanges with teachers and students of Lampang International Technology College, Thailand, focusing on study and life, educational models, cultural differences and other topics. They actively promoted Chinese culture and enhanced the mutual understanding and friendly relations between teachers and students of the two universities. In addition, the students also participated in language courses such as basic Thai and oral English, improving their cross-cultural communication skills through situational dialogues, topic discussions and other forms. At the same time, they visited cultural venues such as Wat Phra That Lampang Luang and local museums, and participated in folk practice activities including Thai garland making, water lantern making and Thai cuisine cooking, gaining a comprehensive understanding of Thailand's historical culture and regional characteristics.
This exchange activity is a specific measure for our university to promote international educational exchanges. It not only helps students improve their cultural literacy, but also takes youth exchanges as a link to consolidate the foundation of friendly cooperation between the two universities. It also plays a positive role in further promoting cultural mutual learning and enhancing people-to-people bonds between the two countries.
