On November 8th, five students from Liupanshui Normal University gathered at the airport with their passports, officially setting off for Lampang International Technology College in Thailand to launch a 14-day short-term exchange program. Prior to departure, the students completed comprehensive pre-departure orientation and safety training, equipping themselves with essential cultural and practical skills for the journey.
Centered on the core concept of cultural immersion + practical participation, the program is designed to offer students an in-depth experience of Thai culture. Through interactive activities including handicraft making and cultural site visits, the exchange not only allows students to appreciate the unique charm of Thai traditions up close but also constructs a solid bridge for cultural communication and friendship between Chinese and Thai youth.
As an important practice to deepen international educational cooperation and promote the cultivation of global talents, this activity aligns with Liupanshui Normal University’s long-term strategy of advancing internationalization. It aims to help students broaden their international horizons, enhance cross-cultural communication capabilities, and foster a global mindset through immersive experiences and hands-on learning.
